CAELIN WHITLEY
Executive Director
Caelin Whitley is a North-Texas based Native American actress and singer, and a May 2026 graduate of the B.F.A. theatre program at Southern Methodist University. Though she began her career in theatre and music, over the past 8 years Caelin has broadened her work to include dancing, directing, voiceover acting, narrating audiobooks, and working in the technical side of theatre. She is a former Casa Mañana Triple Threat student, has worked as an actress in both film and live theatre, as a director, technician, a stage manager, an assistant director, and as a SFX makeup artist. For Troupe Caelin directed The Addams Family, and Beetlejuice JR. and music directed Mean Girls, Jr. and Footloose Youth Edition. On the Farr Best Theatre stage with Troupe she appeared as Amber in Hairspray, and in A Christmas Chaos as Bob and Mrs. Cratchit.

Kaitlin is a theatre educator in Mansfield ISD with a degree in theatre performance. She's been on several Metroplex stages as an actress and is no stranger to directing, either. Kaitlin's vision for our educational outreach is far-reaching and we are so excited to have her on board! Kaitlin has been seen on the Farr Best stage in our production of The Holiday Channel Christmas Movie Wonderthon and directed last season's kid's camp production of Annie KIDS.
KRISTINA RANDERSON
Technical Director
Kristina graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in May of 2025. She made her acting debut in “Hairspray” (The Troupe Theatre) and was Stage Manager for “PUFFS, or Seven Increasingly Interesting Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic”. Tina has extensive experience with tech including board ops for “Next to Normal”, “KHAN the Musical”, “The Ives Archives”, and “Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812”, and costumes from “Exit, Pursued by a Bear”(Theatre Wesleyan). She was also a Tech for Six Flags over Texas in several shows as well as various other areas of the park. She has many more credits from high school to TCC. She is currently the Technical Director for The Troupe Theatre. Her time at Theatre Wesleyan reminded me how much she loves theatre and brought back her passion!
CATRINA WHITLEY
Treasurer
Catrina serves as the treasurer for The Troupe Theatre. A Thespian as a child, she's excited to dive back into the theatre world with our shows. Over the past 20 years, Catrina has served on numerous non-profit boards in diverse disciplines and varying roles. Catrina has been with The Troupe Theatre since the very beginning. And if you think she looks familiar, she's been known to grace our Christmas shows with her presence onstage! You may have seen her in A Christmas Chaos or The Holiday Channel Christmas Movie Wonderthon.
CHRIS RANDERSON
Secretary
Chris Randerson was born in Dallas and raised in South Grand Prairie. As a child, he drew quite a bit until he discovered music. At 15 he taught himself to play the guitar and sing. He made his stage debut in The Nutcracker when he was in elementary school. He has spent his entire career in the metal business where he eventually met his wife, Kristina. During her time at Texas Wesleyan, she found that he has a love for the theatre. Chris started attending the shows that Kristina crewed for and followed her to The Troupe Theatre. This is his second production with The Troupe Theatre, his first being assistant stage manager for Sylvia. Most recently, he recently joined the board of directors as secretary and serves alongside his wife.
